This is a fast-paced and heartwarming care simulation experience where you will do everything from vaccinating, cleaning up to taking patients to the treatment table. The goal is simple: keep every Sprunki happy and healthy!

Each patient who comes in is adorable in their own way – but they are not well, and you are their last hope. From gentle vaccinations, body hygiene to immediate emergency care, you must always be ready. Don't keep them waiting too long - the little sprunki will lose patience!

Managing A Clinic Isn't Easy

As the number of patients increases, you'll need to:

• Collect medical fees to generate cash flow
• Buy more beds to accommodate new patients
• Hire assistant doctors to help with the workload and speed up treatment
• Expand the hospital to make room for new functional areas

How To Play

Controls

• On PC: Use the W/A/S/D keys or arrow keys to move the doctor.
• On mobile: Touch and drag the joystick on the screen to navigate.

Basic Gameplay

• Pick up patients
• Pick up new sprunki patients, carry them to the examination table or bed.
• Perform treatment

Inject medicine, clean, bandage, or treat urgent conditions - depending on the case.

Collect Hospital Fees

After treatment, the patient will leave a fee. Don't forget to collect it to reinvest!

Use your earnings to:
